It had rained earlier in the night, which was a good thing, as it cleared the sky, however there was some haze in the west and a few clouds passed by. By the time the full eclipse hit, I could not see any disc (haze and lights), then after it became slightly illuminated again. The largest persistent problem here is light pollution, 20 years ago was surpassingly superior.
One thing I surely should have done different, was to ensure quicker shutter speeds when the lunar disk was dark. My exposures were about 6 s, and 1 s would have resulted in much sharper images. You can see the star trail on the lower right, which ideally should be a point.
