These garzas blancas (Ardea
alba) with their green and fancy breeding plumage and an Ibis blanco
(Eudocimus albus) behind to the left were shot at laguna de Palmasola near La Barra de
Navidad, where I paid a guide for a pole boat tour on the small, yet incredibly prolific lagoon.
