This bumble bee (Bombus rufocinctus)
was somewhat comatose resting on a thistle flower
growing beside Seymour Lake near Smithers, B.C.
I shot it using a 25 mm extension tube to get close, and I used a kleenex for a flash bouncer/diffuser, but the light was not on the bee side.
