The Mexican Navy was able to substantially augment it's fleet with the free acquisition of a "go
fast" courtesy of the Columbians. With 4 x 250 HP Yamaha outboards, this boat could probably catch
up to anything, but what it did afterwards, might be questionable. I think the Navy should have at
least offered lunatic rides for a minimal fee
