We traveled down to the in-laws in the country down the river from Brickaville for a few days. Here
is the original colonial cobblestone highway near my wife's mother's house. This road was
abandoned and reallocated after a major 1954 cyclone. The whole area was completely inundated under
several metres water last February after Cyclone Giovanna.
