We have been seeing other customers experiencing sys3175
 errors after downloading the latest Ultimail.  Other
 customers did a delete/re-install Ultimail and that seems to
 have worked for them.
 .
 DELETING AND RE-INSTALLING ULTIMAIL LITE VERSION 2.10.001.
 .
 Note: This assumes that your TCPIP subdirectory is in the C: drive.
 If this subdirectory is under another drive (example: E:\), then
 change the commands accordingly.
 .
 I.  Boot up your system without loading the config.sys file.
      A. Shutdown
      B. Re-boot
      C. When you get a white box on the upper left hand corner of the
         screen, hit ALT+F1 several times
      D. When the menu option comes up, select "C" to go to an
         OS/2 command prompt.
 .
 II. Rename the subdirectory \tcpip\umail to \tcpip\umailold.
     A. Type:
          C:
          CD\TCPIP\UMAIL
          REN   UMAIL  UMAILOLD
 III. Re-boot the system.
 .
 IV. Get the latest version of Ultimail.  This can be done in two
       different ways (Option A and Option B, with Option A
       being the preferred method).
 .
      A. Get the file umf21001.zip from the ftp site named ftp.ibm.net.
           To do this:
           Note: You need PKUNZIP in order to install Ultimail this way.
           If you don't have PKUNZIP and you are not sure how to get
           it, go to Option B.
           1. Connect to your provider.
           2. Double-click on "Internet Utilities" under the "IBM
              Internet Connection" folder.
          3. Double-click on "FTP-PM"
          4. When the dialog box comes up, type the following:
              HOST: ftp.ibm.net
              USERID: anonymous
              PASSWORD: your-email-address (Example:  johnd@ibm.net)
              ACCOUNT: Leave this blank
              Select <OK> to continue
          5. Double-click on the word "pub" on the lower right hand
             corner of the screen.
          6. Double-click on the word "Ultimail" on the lower right hand
             corner of the screen.
          7. Under menu option "Options", select "Transfer Mode" and
             change it to BINARY.
          8. Single-click on the word "UMF21001.ZIP" and the word
             "README.UML".
          9. Single-click on the menu option "QuickTrans".
         10. Specify "Yes" for the transferring of both files.
         11. Create a subdirectory called "UMAILTMP" under the C:\ drive
             and change to that subdirectory.
         12. Copy UMF21001.ZIP and README.UML to this subdirectory.
         13. Unzip the file UMF21001.
         14. Type the word:   INSTALL  (This will install a fresh copy
             of Ultimail version 2.10.001).
         15. Once the installation is done, shut down your system and
             re-boot.
    B. Run "Retrieve Software Updates".
         1. Double-click on the icon "Retrieve Software Updates" under
            the "IBM Internet Connection" folder.
         2. Select option "Ultimail Version 2.10.001"
         3. Click on the word "Install".
         4. Once the installation is done, shut down your system and
            re-boot.
 .
 V. Test the new Ultimail.
      A. Connect to your provider.
      B. Start up Ultimail.
 .
 VI. If you want to transfer your original address book into the new
 Ultimail,
      do the following:
      A. Open an OS/2 command window.
      B. Type the following:
           C:
           CD\
 .
