Botswana-4 2011 (20110408)

On Saturday, I had arranged to get a private jeep tour in the morning, so I could devote more time to getting some good shots, especially of small things that didn't interest the group. Later, I had another private tour on the boat, which was extremely rewarding. I really liked the relaxing tour on the boat, and getting in really close to many animals and birds.

On my last day at the Chobe Game Lodge, I slept in a little, and then left for Zimbabwe and the Victoria Falls Airport for my return trip to Johannesburg. After we left the lodge, my driver took us along the river, where I had previously never been, and soon after we saw a lion resting under a tree, and then many animals out in the wetlands for a fitting farewell.
