This world class photo destination has been on my bucket list for a long time. Considering that I grew up only a short distance away, I never attempted the cruise until a few years back. However, when we arrived, the trips were sold out for the day. The last few years were written off due to smoke, so when it cleared up a few days before, and it was relatively still warm, we were set to go on 2018-09-05. I bought the tickets on the WWW just to make sure. Luckily, it couldn't have been much better.
