Una Manaña en la Laguna de la Barra (20091222)

I decided to take a morning trip on 2009-12-16 down to the laguna at la Barra de Navidad, as I was so impressed with the morning action last summer, and I was hoping that the hoards would not be out fishing for shrimp early in the day. So, I arrived at about 7:30, but the main bird show in the laguna was not present, however, after the sun came up a bit, the scenery in the mangroves was unsurpassed, and it was a spectacular morning. And ultimately, only two shrimp ladies came by
